By using Hidden Layer Barcelona services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use our services.

OUR SERVICES

Hidden Layer provides location-based AR experiences across Barcelona through:

• QR code interactions (no app required)

• Mobile app AR tours

• Business partnership platform

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Business Tiers (Annual):

• Tag: Free (basic AR popup)

• Throw-Up: €69/year

• Mural: €149/year  

• Exhibition: €299/year

• Custom: Quote-based

All prices include VAT. Payments are annual and non-refundable once services begin.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Use services legally and respectfully

• Not damage QR codes or AR markers

• Respect private property during experiences

• Complete required social media posts for rewards

LOCATION-BASED SERVICES

• GPS accuracy may vary

• Some experiences require specific Barcelona locations

• Weather/lighting may affect AR quality

• We're not responsible for your safety while exploring

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS

• Annual commitments required

• Businesses must provide genuine offers/rewards

• We reserve right to remove inappropriate content

• Reverse graffiti placement subject to local permissions

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Hidden Layer owns all AR content and technology

• Businesses retain rights to their logos/branding

• Users grant us rights to use their social media posts for promotion

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hidden Layer Barcelona is not liable for:

• Injuries during AR experiences

• Lost or stolen items while exploring

• Technical issues with AR functionality

• Third-party business offer disputes

TERMINATION

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

• Terms of service violations

• Inappropriate content

• Non-payment (business accounts)

• Legal requirements

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law and EU regulations.
